Hiring Thing has launched AI-powered job descriptions using OpenAI's GPT technology.
Hiring Thing CEO Joshua Siler suggests that AI technology can accelerate the process of recruiting high-quality employees. According to a company survey, almost 60% of recruiters and hiring managers spend over an hour writing job descriptions. To address this issue, Hiring Thing has launched AI-Enabled Job Descriptions, which leverages the GPT technology of OpenAI to create professional and dynamic job descriptions in minutes.
Colette Luke, Hiring Thing's Product Director, says that the company has integrated ChatGPT's technology into their product to speed up the hiring process for their clients. She also acknowledges that creating job descriptions can be time-consuming, and research has revealed that users find it difficult to create descriptions that range between 300-600 words.
AI-Enabled Job Descriptions is a feature that enables users to create job descriptions within the Hiring Thing applicant tracking system. Users can customize the descriptions to highlight specific aspects of their company and position and then post the job to attract potential candidates.
Joshua Siler believes that AI represents the future of work, and any technology that can help streamline and strengthen the recruitment process should be adopted. He also mentioned that Hiring Thing is always looking for new and innovative ways to utilize technology to enhance the hiring process and bring "Hiring Happiness" to its clients.
